Doctor Who Sounds -- Second Doctor (Patrick Troughton)
Victoria: "How old?"
2nd Doctor: "Well, if we count in Earth terms, I suppose I must
be about four hundred... yes, about four hundred and fifty years
old!" (The Tomb of the Cybermen)
2nd Doctor: "Oh, I used my own special
technique-- ... keeping my eyes open and my mouth shut." (The
Tomb of the Cybermen)
2nd Doctor: "No, of course not, but a... but
a... but a whole galaxy to explore? Millions of planets? Eons of time?
Countless civilizations to meet?" (The War Games)
2nd Doctor: "Well, yes, it's quite close, isn't
it? (He sees the Brigadier looking around the console room in
disbelief). Oh you'll soon get used to it, old chap. Relative
dimensions and all that."
Brigadier: "So this is what you've been doing with UNIT funds and
equipment all this time. How's it done, some sort of optical illusion?"
2nd Doctor: "Oh, no, no, no. They come like this, really."
(The Three Doctors)
Jamie: "Try to give us a smooth
take-off, Doctor. We don't want to frighten her."
2nd Doctor: "A smooth take-off? A smooth take-off?!?! What a
nerve!" (Tomb of the Cybermen)
Jamie: "Och, the king of the beasties himself
couldna get out of that one." (The Tomb of the Cybermen)
Victoria: "What are all these
knobs?"
2nd Doctor: "What, these?"
Jamie: "Instruments. These are for controlling our flight."
Victoria: "Flight???"
Jamie: "Well, yes. You see, we travel around in here through
time and space." (Victoria Laughs) (Tomb of the
Cybermen)
